2D Floor Plans
A clean measured plan drawn from the shoot: room dimensions, total square footage, and a layout a buyer can read in three seconds. Included with every shoot, not sold back to you as an upgrade.

Marketing Kit
The same shoot, re-cut for everywhere else the listing has to live. You should not have to crop a horizontal photo into a square at 10pm the night before it goes live.

How it works
Four steps, two days, zero chasing.
Book your window
Send the address, square footage and go-live date through the contact form or a text. We confirm your shoot window the same day, and most listings get on the calendar within 48 hours.
We shoot it
A typical 2,500 sq ft home takes 60 to 90 minutes. You do not need to be there, we coordinate lockbox or seller access directly and send a short prep checklist ahead of time.
Post-production, same night
Exposure blending, vertical correction, color and the final retouch start the evening of the shoot. Every gallery gets a final review against the listing before it goes out.
Delivered in 48 hours
Within 48 hours of the shoot, a single link with MLS-sized photos, the social and print crops, and your 2D floor plan. Download once, upload everywhere.

How fast is delivery, really?
Forty-eight hours from the end of the shoot for the photos, the floor plan and the marketing crops, so a Tuesday morning shoot is in your inbox by Thursday morning. Rush same-day delivery is available as an add-on when a listing has to go live that night.
Is the first shoot really half price?
Yes. New agents to DVRE Media get 50% off their first listing shoot: same photos, same floor plan, same marketing kit, same 48-hour delivery. One per agent, and it applies to the flat package rate.
What areas of Las Vegas do you serve?
All of the Las Vegas valley: Summerlin, Henderson, Southern Highlands, Anthem, North Las Vegas, Centennial Hills, the Arts District and the Strip corridor high-rises. Boulder City, Mesquite and Pahrump are available with a small travel fee.
Does the home need to be staged or empty?
Neither is required. We send a one-page prep checklist when your shoot is confirmed: clear counters, lights on, cars out of the driveway, blinds level. Vacant homes photograph well too, it is mostly a question of lens choice and shooting into the right light.
Who owns the photos?
You receive a full marketing license to use the media for the listing, your brokerage marketing and your social channels for as long as you like. DVRE Media retains copyright and the right to show the work in this portfolio, and we will gladly hold a listing back if a seller requests privacy.
What happens if the weather turns?
Las Vegas gives us about 300 clear days a year. If a storm rolls in and the exteriors will not work, we shoot the interiors as planned and come back for the outside at no extra charge, usually within a day. You are never billed for a shoot we could not complete.
